Tarot readings : Past, Present, Future spread about my fitness levels
Past (6 months) : Strength
This card shows Hercules battling with a lion and trying every which way to overpower him. For me it translates into aerobics, Yoga, healthy eating along with some element of guilt. I had started feeling I was not taking care of my fitness as much as I should be doing and was trying hard to fit exercise into my routine. I am already a little underweight for my height, but I want to be in control of how much weight I gain.
Present : The Tower
This card has come up to indicate the breaking down of my set notions about my physical endurance when it comes to exercising. I always believed that I did not have enough stamina to survive the rigorous exercise regimen keeping fit demands. I never believed I could sweat it out at gym.But now, I am the person who proudly does the most crunches in the gym! It was difficult in the beginning, but that's what is expected when the Tower falls, no?
Future (6 months) : 7 of Pentacles
Given my increasing work load, I may find myself not being able to accommodate exercise as much as I want to. Till December I am going to be extremely busy at work. I see signs of things getting hectic at work and keeping up with gym sessions is already looking difficult. But after going through the pains and aches of the initial days of gymming, giving up exercise to make time for work is the last thing I want to do. This card rightly portrays the element of reassessment and indecision involved with respect to an issue related to day to day life, in this case my fitness routine.
