Gym and Reiki : A Great Combination!
I joined the gym yesterday. The instructor made me do only light exercise since it was my first day at the gym. I have been practising Yoga for over 2 years, but at this time I feel the need for developing stamina and getting a toned body.
It was at night that I really started to feel the pain in my knees and my back. Reiki came to the rescue. Within seconds of placing my hands on my knees and painful areas, I felt the warmth soothing away the pain. My knee was immediately fine and the back also felt quite good instantly.
I have been paranoid about whether I will be able to sustain heavy gymming. But now, with Reiki at hand (literally!) I am confident that I can sweat it out at the gym.
