I believe that we already know the answers we look for in our day to day lives. Did I lock the door? Is the airfare budget going to bring relief to the middle class? Is this.. is that.. and what not? The problem is, in this day and age it has become all so easy for us to procure information by turning on the T.V., clicking on the computer or getting hold of a newspaper. I feel that this kind of information is already available to us in our minds, but it is just that we are not acknowledging it. The next time you think of a question, affirm, "I know it already!" and just wait a few moments with a calm mind. It is likely that the answer to the question (simple yes/no type) will pop into your head. Regular practice of this can sharpen cognitive abilities in my opinion. Well, didn't you know that already!

Psychic Phenomena : Meditation to know friendly spirits around me

It has been a long time since I posted here. I am out of my writer's block and ready to roll out blog entries after blog entries. Many things have happened during this while. Any given day, some such thing happens that leaves me convinced for the umpteenth time of the invisible forces in and around us.

This evening I decided to meditate to know about friendly (harmless) spirits that are / may be around me. After a small prayer and a protection ritual, I sat down in a meditation and waited for some information to appear before my mind's eye. Or even some signals such as a gush of wind or chills in any part of the body.The first one to appear in my mind's eye was my spirit guide, a horned owl. Then he went on to describe how he is around when I am doing readings. After that I waited to know of other spirits around me. Then I saw a young man with dark hair and a black coat. He had a handkerchief wrapped around his face so that only his eyes and forehead were visible.A name Simon occured to me. Simon was seen arranging papers in my work area and also helping me in the kitchen. I wish to explore this further in my meditations. I shall post the updates. Simon looked quite unhappy about some math problems at school and also about his appearance. But he seemed like a helpful person. None of the images showed him trying to talk to me. He was just arranging stuff around me.During this time, I felt a chill in a small spot near my leg that was touching the meditation mat. The mat was quite warm, but this small spot felt ice cold.
Coincidence? Nah! Remember, there are no coincidences!

Every time i look at a clock it has the same numbers on it? ie; 3:33, 1:11, 4:44? Is this significant or just a coincidence?

I have been encouraged to look at the meanings of these consecutive digits myself. I come across 11:11, 4:44 all the time when looking at the clock. But it is already 11:11 PM in this part of the world (yawn).. So I shall complete the post tomorrow morning.

How to learn to see auras using a bottle of Listerine

Seeing auras is not the forte of a few 'gifted' ones alone. Everyone can learn to see auras through a little practice. Here we see how one can sharpen their auric sight using simple, household things.

Procure a full bottle of blue Listerine mouth rinse. We choose a blue-green color here because the aura color given out is distinct and easily noticeable.
Place the bottle against a light background, perhaps a wall and station yourself about 7 feet away from the bottle.
Relax and take a few deep breaths. If not anything, this will help you get into the mood of aura gazing. If you sense bad breath, don't hesitate from taking a few gargles from the bottle.
Be comfortable enough in your position as to not be distracted by little itches and pins and needles. Steer your gaze in the direction of the bottle.
Try NOT to see the bottle, but look everywhere around it. Pretty much like what you would do while day dreaming or gazing. If your eyes become watery, don't worry. I have experienced that a little water in the eyes actually helps one to 'unfocus' enough to be able to see the aura. If you find your eyelids starting to feel droopy, even better! Tired, droopy, watery eyes are the perfect tool to catch that glimpse of an aura.
Within a few seconds of gazing, you may notice a slight film of color near the bottle out of the corner of your eye. This 'corner of the eye' is your peripheral vision, that helps you to see auras. There is a reason why grown ups have to resort to using their peripheral vision to see auras. This film of color may be a little shifted from the bottle, and that's okay.
The most important part of this exercise is to learn to maintain the focus of the eyes by constantly gazing at the same area. If you move your eyes away from the area, because you get excited on getting a glimpse of color or because you get bored, poof! the aura is gone! For those who have an interest in photography, it is like increasing the exposure time to capture more detail. Any shaking at this time and the detail is lost!

[Psychic experiences] How Spirit Guides deliver messages to those who ask

I have a horned owl, Cynthian, as one of my Spirit Guides. Of late, I haven't been meditating much. So I have not had much communication with my Spirit Guides. Actually, I do not even remember when I last spoke with Cynthian. Horrible me.

Last night, before going to bed, I wrote this little letter in my psychic journal.

Dear Cynthian,
I miss our conversations. Please make yourself appear either in my meditation or my dream or otherwise to show me you are around. Today I saw a horned owl in the Harry Potter movie and got reminded of you. Please talk to me. If I hear an owl's shriek in the middle of tonight, I will take it as a message from you.

As I slept soundly, I was woken up by a shrill shriek of an owl. We have this huge Mango tree near the balcony where birds, bats and squirrels abound. I instantly knew this was the message I was waiting for. As I acknowledged in my mind that I had got the message and the shrieking could now stop, the bird stopped shrieking.

I must tell you that shrieking of owls is not common in this area and it was only twice earlier (months ago) that I was woken up in the middle of the night by a screeching owl. Mostly it is the howling dogs in the neighbourhood that disturb my sleep.

At that moment, I strongly felt like I should have a look at the time. I looked at the watch and it was 2:06 am. The exact same time I was woken up 2 days ago from a terrible nightmare! I am yet to figure out the connection between the dream and the call. I guess Cynthian has developed enough suspense for me to sit in a meditation and figure it out.

Weird? Unbelievable? Not for me.

BEWARE : A psychic reader warns people of psychic phone lines & psychic chat networks!

I know I am going to receive a lot of flak for posting my true thoughts about the psychic phone and chat networks that have been cropping up on the Internet like mushrooms. But I'll take my chances anyway.

Here's the story of my nightmarish experience at a popular online psychic chat network. The more I got to know about the workings of the network, the more skeletons unearthed... till it was time I knew I had seen enough...

Upon reading the reviews of other psychic readers on the chat network web site, I noticed many client names repeating across psychic reader reviews, indicating that these clients had been buying readings on a regular, almost daily basis. This is clearly indicative of psychic addiction. I hope to write an article on psychic addiction soon. This is not all, it does not require a psychic to tell that these clients may be asking the same questions to different psychics again and again till someone tells them what they want to hear.

I believe that if a psychic reader senses any signs of psychic addiction in a client, he / she should gently point that out and encourage the client to take actual steps to overcome their problems instead of depending on a psychic. If you're wondering why your boyfriend is aloof these days, I would strongly suggest you to call him, not a psychic. It won't charge you money and you'll get the explanation right out of the horse's mouth. A lot of questions asked by clients relate to whether their lovers will call them back and when. Many psychic readers promise in their profiles to help such people get their lovers back or pin point the dates when their lovers would call.

Besides, since the clients are being charged as much as $9.99 per minute(!) answers have to be quick and 'pleasing' to the client. The client is sitting on the edge of his chair and frantically serving a volley of questions to the psychic who is in turn trying to receive psychic impressions (if at all) and doling out interpretations. What a mad rush! Anything otherwise and it may result in a bad review (e.g. star rating) left by a pissed off client. I have heard of tricks used by psychic readers on such hotlines to increase their star rating by giving away free / sugar coated readings. The psychic phone / psychic chat network keeps more than half of what the client pays. So if you paid $10 for an hour of psychic reading, the psychic reader would probably get $4 or so after the network's commission is cut out.

There was this one incident that just did it for me. A lady in her 50's rang me for a psychic chat. We started chatting and since my rates were 33 cents per minute (yeah, cheapest of all the 100's of readers!) the session went on and on. At the end of an hour I was ready to write her biography.

It was at that time that she told me how she had cleaned her daughter's fridge that day and had received $20 for it from her. This was because she desperately needed the money. Oh my God! What a sin I had done! Charged money from somebody who was in such a severe financial crunch?? How would I ever forgive myself?

The lady was quite pleased with her hour long reading, wrote a good review and left. But I regret not having stopped the reading right in the middle and gently reminding her to not blow up her hard earned and much needed money on psychic readers for answers to day-to-day problems. Why?? Because I was afraid she would give me a bad rating if I did.

But my conscience would not allow me to rest from then onwards. At once I decided to opt out of this psychic chat network. Yes, I like doing readings for people, I like listening to people's problems, I like to help out people in some way or another, but not after I have fleeced them of hundreds of dollars! I am happy with my $5's, $10's that people pay me for my time and energy spent during the readings...

If this rings a bell, please please do think twice, thrice before you call a psychic network for readings. Do not be fooled. Sometimes, a psychic cannot connect well with certain clients and a refund should be in order in such cases. But on these networks, such incidences end up not in refunds, but in bad reviews for the psychic!

Save the money, spare the per minute rate psychic! :-)

Of small things psychic ...

Now these are not some bigtime psychic predictions about an impending doom on the world or anything, but just my humble ramblings on how one's psychic senses play peek-a-boo with one at the oddest of times.

1. I have been reading celebrated author Dean Koontz's novel Life Expectancy these days. The novel is a humorous thriller with a bizzarre dark edge to it. The story revolves around psychic predictions made by a young man's dying grandfather. The departing grandfather foresees 5 terrible days in the life of this young chap, then an infant. From then onwards, the author spins a complex tapestry with humour, psychosis and thrill sewn in. Last night as I sat pondering over things in general, it occured to me that I will be finishing this book on Aug 27. Now I have read 100 pages so far. About 250 remain. If I try to pace my reading so that the books finishes exactly on Aug 27, then the prediction will be true by default. But I am not going to do that. I will only pick up the book when I want to read it. Lets see when I finish.

2. The second prediction may be found too plain by skeptics and would most possibly be brushed away with a smirk. As I waited for my hubby to pick me up after my gym session, I wondered how long I would have to wait. It occured to me I would have to wait exactly 3 minutes. And it was exactly after 3 minutes that hubby's mobile came to a screeching halt at the doorstep of the gym. Now is this a coincidence or what?

Psychic Predictions 2005: Saddam Hussein's First Trial

Iraq's ex-President Saddam Hussein's trial on Dujail case will be a closed affair, despite all the vows of transparency. Saddam's attitude will be defiant and very prone to provocation. He will sound off on anything and everything that does not go down well with this ex-president of Iraq. He may speak up about somebody with a prominent A his name, possibly Aziz, Tariq in and will complain about how he has been deprived of even basic support such as a lawyer. Well, is this news? No, but the visions seen only reinforce that Saddam Hussein's attitude is not taking a U-turn anytime soon.

A vision appeared showing Saddam Hussein signing and hence approving the proceedings related to the massacre of Shia-ites in Dujail (North of Baghdad). For the opposition, it will be a slam dunk. The biggest argument - Mr. Saddam Hussein was involved in deeds that endangered the liberty of the citizens of the United States. A man of Roman/Greek origin may thunder against Saddam Hussein during this trial. This trial will be quick, lop-sided and will get over even before the opposition have sunk their teeth into Saddam's case.

Saddam Hussein knows something that he is hiding and that he is (still!) hopeful of using as his key to freedom. A major American political figure is between the cross-hairs at this time. This trial will bring out skeletons from the cupboards people didn't know existed. But the attempt to bring down this major political man will only fizzle out, at least during this trial. Saddam's daughter will work in her own way to dig into the secrets of the opposition.

At the same time, an important aide of Saddam Hussein may be captured. This man may have been shot in his right leg once upon a time. This man may have a prominent 'f' in his name. Also, the officials may find incriminating documents against Saddam near the place he was captured, Tikrit.

Now for the outcome of the trial. Just as when Saddam Hussein's case may have been assumed to have been bound and put away, something will snap and it will look like Saddam's trials are far from over. Just as when his fate may seem to have been sealed, there will be a revelation. A connection, possibly a business deal involving a previous president of the United States will come out in the open. This will also be related to the present President of the United States - George W. Bush.

Where the hell is my Ten of Pentacles?

Life has been topsy-turvy for the last couple weeks now. Yeah, you guessed it right. It is my job, again. No, my day job. Where I do the software engineering thing, remember

A meditation followed by a tarot reading on this topic a few days ago told me of an impending dip in my career and then a rise up. Like a 'V'. I guess at this time I am at the bottom center of that 'V'.

The tarot card drawn in this case was the proverbial 'happily ever after' card : the 10 of pentacles. I have really started to wonder whether my subconscious has a more devious sense of humor than I ever imagined. The 10 of pentacles sounds very promising and feel-goody, but at this rock bottom time of my life the 10 of pentacles seems to be evading me like I am a plague.

I have not forgotten the Hanged Man I have been drawing for pretty much all my readings. But you see, it is kind of difficult to hang in there pretending everything is cool when it obviously isn't.

Repeated tarot cards in a reading : the subconscious way of rubbing it in!

Here is an example for how our subconscious drives the point home and rubs it in till we get the message.. Something has been bothering me lately and I have been using the tarot to receive guidance in this area.

I did a tarot reading for myself about a week ago in this regard. Well, the message of the cards was that I need to loosen up a bit and hang in there. The card that turned up in 'what I need to know' position was the 4 of Pentacles, indicating that I may have been a little uptight and insecure about the whole situation. Very well, point taken. The 'suggested course of action' was indicated by the Hanged Man, meaning I need to go through this, face the situation coolly and basically hang in there.

I cannot say this is what I wanted to hear because at that time I was quite unhappy. But these 2 cards remained in my mind.

Last evening I sought the divine guidance of the tarot once again, on the same issue, wondering if the tarot gods had changed their mind. Yeah, repeated readings on the same topic is exactly the kind of thing I warn my sitters against, but sometimes a girl is left with no choice!

So I took a deep breath and drew out 3 cards. Not to mention that the two cards that turned up in the position of 'need to know' and 'suggested course of action' where the 4 of Pentacles and the Hanged Man respectively! Phew!! Who am I trying to fool here? I know the pattern that has been repeating and the tarot cards are screaming at me to learn my lesson.

Not only that, I had also drawn a card to guide me whenever I felt a little down because of this issue. The Sun card turned up to cheer me up. This is the card of cheer, warmth, energy and upbeat mood! This Saturday as I sat shuffling my cards while watching T.V., the Sun card showed at the bottom of the deck again and again. At that time I had been a little upset because of the same issue but the Sun card turned up again and again to cheer me up.

OK, point taken, again. I am going to chill from now onwards and everything else can go to (wherever it wants to).

Energy balls to banish negative influences

This is one of the techniques I use to wipe out unpleasant experiences, traces of ill-health and recurring thoughts from my mind.

Sit in the lotus position on a mat or on the floor. Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths. Then think about the experience / feeling / memory you want to wipe out of your head. Now bring your hands in front you, near your heart, about 1/2 a foot away from your body. Keep the palms facing each other and very closely spaced, just short of touching.

Imagine all the unpleasantness collecting between your palms. During this while, you can experience your palms being repelled from each other as though a ball of energy is forming between them. Do not be stiff, let your palms move apart without trying to push or pull. When you feel you have collected enough to get rid off, visualize this ball being absorbed by the ground and the energy in the ball being sucked by the ground as if through a pipe.

At this time, you should feel your palms experiencing a pull towards each other due to the emptying of the energy you collected between your palms. Within seconds, the palms could come close together, as they were when you started out. At this time, just snap your fingers and declare, "gone!" , literally snapping yourself out of the situation.

Tarot : can't live without it!

This is the story of my unsuccessful attempt at taking a break from Tarot readings. The work in the office (for those who joined late : I am a software engineer during the day and a psychic and tarot reader in the evenings) has not been allowing me to spend as much time as I would like with my Tarot readings. To avoid a burnout, I recently decided to keep away my Tarot decks and books for while. But little did I realize that I would start missing my decks as soon as I stashed them away. I had been suppressing an extreme urge to take out my Tarot decks when my self-control gave in this morning. It has been less than 48 hours since I decided to take a break from Tarot and here I am, sitting at my desk, looking forward to doing a Tarot reading for myself!

As soon as I hold the Rider Waite deck, something just stirs up inside me. Of late, I have not spent as much time with my decks as I want to. OK, so you know what, for the next week or so, I am going to make sure I spend some quality time with my Tarot decks and dole out a few readings!

Tarot readings : Past, Present, Future spread about my fitness levels

Past (6 months) : Strength
This card shows Hercules battling with a lion and trying every which way to overpower him. For me it translates into aerobics, Yoga, healthy eating along with some element of guilt. I had started feeling I was not taking care of my fitness as much as I should be doing and was trying hard to fit exercise into my routine. I am already a little underweight for my height, but I want to be in control of how much weight I gain.

Present : The Tower
This card has come up to indicate the breaking down of my set notions about my physical endurance when it comes to exercising. I always believed that I did not have enough stamina to survive the rigorous exercise regimen keeping fit demands. I never believed I could sweat it out at gym.But now, I am the person who proudly does the most crunches in the gym! It was difficult in the beginning, but that's what is expected when the Tower falls, no?

Future (6 months) : 7 of Pentacles
Given my increasing work load, I may find myself not being able to accommodate exercise as much as I want to. Till December I am going to be extremely busy at work. I see signs of things getting hectic at work and keeping up with gym sessions is already looking difficult. But after going through the pains and aches of the initial days of gymming, giving up exercise to make time for work is the last thing I want to do. This card rightly portrays the element of reassessment and indecision involved with respect to an issue related to day to day life, in this case my fitness routine.

Saw today's newspaper headlines last night

Last night, as I relaxed in my bed receiving Reiki I had programmed myself to receive during that time, images started to float in my mind's eye. At first I did not pay much attention because I am always seeing something or another even when my eyes are closed. I was feeling very relaxed, like in a trance.

Then it felt like I was talking telepathically to my higher self or a guide. The communication was so fast that I was barely able to keep up. It had a root cause analysis of my latest debacle at a venture. I was surprised to see the lineup of causes this entity was able to create to show me why and how my venture blew up. Everything made sense.

I saw an old man, a young man and a woman. Then I requested that the highest guide to come forward for a communication. There was this lady whose face was not clear, but had an infant in her arms. This lady wore a long dress with her head and shoulders hidden by a cloak. Here face, though not covered was not clearly visible. All this felt very real, like I was there myself.

To be sure that it was not my own mental conversation (I am mentally sound, by the way! ) I wished to know something that I might not have known myself. Like the next day's headlines. I was shown a train being salvaged from flood waters. This seemed to be a scene from Gujarat where heavy rains have caused a lot of blockage and disruption.

After this, the communication became dim and I slept off. This morning's newspaper indeed shows a train, like I saw last night, right on the front page, at the top! The story is also the same : passengers of the train being salvaged from the deep waters. And yes, this train incident is from Gujarat.

Coincidence? Nah! There are no coincidences, remember?

Reiki level II attunement was very empowering with I being introduced to new symbols and techniques. The most powerful technique in Reiki is that of distance healing with which you can focus healing energy to people / events in past, present and future. Hard to believe? I would say, try Reiki!

I have become more sensitive to energy around me after my Reiki level II attunement. I wonder if the emotional turmoil that I am going through is a part of emotional/mental cleansing part of Reiki...

The night before last I cleansed my crystals : amethyst, rose quartz and clear quartz under the light of the moon. These crystals enjoyed a moon bath from the window sill for the whole night. The next morning I charged them with Reiki annoucing the purpose of charging for each of the crystals. I charged Amethyst that stays under my pillow at night, to help my clairvoyance and prevent nightmares. Last night I did not experience nightmares, instead, general dreams of non-scary nature. Rose quartz also stays under my pillow and this has been charged to bring in more love.. I can say that it is working too.. As for clear quartz, I am not so sure, but I will take time to conclude if the charging worked or not...

My card of the day drawn from the Mythic tarot deck is 'Death'. Looks like I will be pushing hard to make a transition or to get something done for good...So far it has been a difficult day since morning.

Psychic musings : Of 'J'ack trail & seeing hues on faces..

Last night, as I tried to sleep, I pondered over my spirit guides and guardian angels.. I wished that my spirit guide that helps me with readings give me a message. A Goddess like lady wearing a crown, emerged from the clouds.. And then the letter 'J' appeared. Words like 'jockey', 'jack fruit' followed. This morning, while driving to work, a car right in front of me drew my attention amidst heavy traffic. This card had a single word 'Jerome' written on it rear. This instantly struck me as a continuation of yesterday's trail of 'J'! Lets see where this leads me to.. Drop by often to see where this quest with 'J' ends up.

This evening, while driving back from work, I saw a flash of blue colour on my husband's jaw. Like somebody had run 2-3 fingers along his jaw line. This flash of dark, rich blue was so clear and obvious to my eyes that I was a little surprised to see it. I do notice tiny sparkling spots of colour around people and their auras, but this gush of colour on his check was very clear. Does anyone have any interpretations for this?

Of astral travel, Reiki, spirit guides and Mythic Tarot

Last night, as I tried to sleep off, I felt frequent jolts like I was falling back to ground. This seems to be the case of falling back into the physical body during astral travel. I did not start out with the intention of astral travel, but I had been feeling quite in a trance after an evening of meditation, pranayama (breathing exercises) and readings in the evening. I cannot emphasize enough the peace and trace like state breathing exercises can bring about.

I felt a little afraid on feeling these jolts again and again but I knew this was okay. Many times my hands and feet felt like they fell back into my body after a short split second time of floating. I have had these experiences before wherein I felt that my whole body was floating a teeny weeny bit above the bed.

I will also be going for my Reiki level II attunement this Sunday. Trying to brush up on all the related stuff like chakras, Reiki I hand positions etc.

Recently I have had issues with new spirit guides coming in and going out of my meditations.Sometimes I feel that there are too many of them coming forward and that leaves me confused. I know for sure that Cynthian and Redmond are my spirit guides, but I have been kind of pushing myself to know other guides too. Last evening, in my meditation I decided that instead of trying to put a face to my guides, I will focus more on the advice they 'show' me in my mind's eye. Last evening's meditation gave me some positive news about my software engineering career. Lets wait and watch.

I have recently purchased the Mythic Tarot deck and am liking it extremely. The pictures are so descriptive and the book with card interpretations based on Greek mythology works synergetically to draw out the meanings of the cards. I love this deck. Not to mention that the highly qualified psychologist Juliet Sherman-Burke is my favorite tarot author.

Michael Jackson has come off scot-free. As expected. Lets leave that poor guy alone and carry on with our lives. I have had over 200 people come to my blog looking for 'Michael Jackson trial' predictions!

Paris Hilton's new lover Paris Latsis may turn out to be the dark horse of relationships. She will remain attached with him for quite some time. They have a good chemistry. The relationship may not go to the next level as Paris (the guy) may part ways with her later.

Just as the name was going to be declared, I heard the name 'T-erri' in my mind. And lo, the next second, Carrie was declared the winner!

Psychic Readings : messages from my spirit guides

After a long hard day I sat down to meditate... Cleared my mind and waited for images to appear in my mind's eye. Looks like today's theme was 'spooky' since I kept on seeing a skeleton every now and then. I saw that I have been dragging some skeletons with me. It was seen that I need to get rid of these skeletons that I have been lugging with me. These skeletons are made of my inhibitions and the tendency to go by the book all the time. The way out was to step over the bookish norms and make my own reality. Fair enough I say. I know what it is about.

Then I was seen as a little girl with a backpack, entering a cave. This cave was full of animals: horses, parrots, elephants, ducks, snakes and what not. It felt like I was a child and all these animals were watching from afar. I was seen playing inside this cave and sometimes I became even younger, a toddler. I have always seen animals in my meditations and they may be watching over me.

Then I sat and waited if there was any information related to the next 15 days coming in. I saw a little boy getting into trouble. This was a Sikh boy with his parents along with him. Also was seen was a car drifting away in flood/rain waters. Seemed like some important information. And then the door bell rang... Arrgh! Time to get out of my psychic world and back to the real world!

I hope to continue with this vision at the first chance I get.. By the way, the Bush administration may have to deal with some issues related to their handling of fuel. They may have to change their approach towards dealing with the situation. Some sort of a digression may be in order..Door bell rang again! Coincidence? Nah! There are no coincidences, remember?

Psychic Predictions : The Case of the Missing Cook

My cook Geeta just disappeared from the scene all of a sudden 5 days ago. 3 days passed by without a speck of news from her. No calls, nothing. It was the night of the 4th day when I was about to sleep that I concentrated on her. And I could see images of her (in my mind's eye) with her two kids and a vehicle behind her. Her absence had to do with her kids. Then one of the kids, a young boy became prominent in the image. There came a feeling that it had to do with him, his health. Nothing seemed too serious, so I dozed off..

Last morning Geeta rang the door bell. Hardly had she entered the house that she started telling me how sorry she was about being absent. I calmed her down and told her how I already knew her son was taken ill etc. and that she need not worry about missing work for a couple days. She validated that her son was indeed taken ill and she had to take him to a doctor out of state. The vehicle seen in the visions was indicating that she actually travelled with her kids.

So she's back and doling out breakfast and dinner like fast food, something that she does best!

Psychic Predictions : Foresaw Trouble at the White House?

Just a couple of days ago when I was about to sleep, it occurred to me that President Bush might come under attack. Yesterday I heard over CNN that a tiny plane unintentionally put the White House in danger.

By the way, my prediction for today (which I posted last night) has rung truer than I had expected. One of the visions I saw showed me falling into water. This I interpreted as something related to my emotions and how I could incur an emotional setback. Today, around lunch, I did feel that I was giving out pieces of technical information that was not valued. As predicted yesterday. Not only this, I got soaked with water, literally (as seen in the vision) because two cups full of water spilled on a table and onto my clothes today. I spent the rest of the day looking like a wet crow.

So not only did I suffer an emotional setback because of my giving nature, but also got soaked with water.

Let me see what tomorrow holds...

The most important impact will come from something that will hit me emotionally. This will have to do with my sharing some information with others at work. But either my help will be ignored or not cherished enough. This may happen around lunch time.

Hubby is going to be tied up at work tomorrow. The most important impact for him will come from him saving a young person from trouble for the umpteenth time. I know who this person is. But hubby will have to provide this person constant push for him to come up to the mark. I do not want to go too much in detail about this.

My brother will feel much better and will be happy to meet some people close to him.

Seeing colours all around!

These days I am spotting many colours through my peripheral vision as well as through direct vision. A common instance is of seeing a sparkling spot of violet every now and then. This could be a part of my aura.

Not only that, I am seeing, more than ever, bright round spots of energy (orbs?) around myself through my peripheral vision. As soon as I turn my direct vision towards these spots, they disappear. There are times when I am seeing the aura (energy) around pretty much everything in the room, including the TV, sofa, plants etc.

It is these bright spots that I want to investigate and know more about..

Seeing Chakra Colours and Visions During Reiki Treatment

As a part of my 21 day cleansing process after my Reiki Level I attunement, I perform daily full body treatment for myself.

Yesterday I closed my eyes while doing this self treatment. As I placed my hands on each chakra, I could see the colour associated with that chakra and certain visions related to the condition of the chakra. Not to mention that it was a very ethereal experience.

Afterwards I did the full body treatment for my hubby dearest and the colours and visions at each chakra followed. The visuals seen in the mind's eye were so clear and distinct that there was no doubt in my mind that I was indeed seeing the information related to each of his chakras.

One more thing that I have noticed after being attuned is that not only have my psychic visions become clearer, but also that for each situation, I am seeing a new set of pictures instead of the certain pictures repeating again and again for unrelated situations. In other words, looks like the vocabulary between my conscious mind and my subconscious mind has expanded quite a bit. Which is a good thing.

Gym and Reiki : A Great Combination!

I joined the gym yesterday. The instructor made me do only light exercise since it was my first day at the gym. I have been practising Yoga for over 2 years, but at this time I feel the need for developing stamina and getting a toned body.

It was at night that I really started to feel the pain in my knees and my back. Reiki came to the rescue. Within seconds of placing my hands on my knees and painful areas, I felt the warmth soothing away the pain. My knee was immediately fine and the back also felt quite good instantly.

I have been paranoid about whether I will be able to sustain heavy gymming. But now, with Reiki at hand (literally!) I am confident that I can sweat it out at the gym.

Three cheers to Reiki!

My Reiki Level I Attunement

Yesterday I received my Reiki Level I attunement. The whole process of being introduced to this gentle, yet powerful form of energy healing was wonderful. The attunement process was ethereal.

My hands have been warm since the attunement, due to the Reiki energy flowing through them and I am still wondering where to place my hands when not in use for healing! I can lock the energy, but I don't want to.

Another major change I have noticed since the attunement is that the psychic visions I see in my third eye chakra are clearer, more colourful, and more straight forward (less symbolic) than ever!

The first time I provided the full body Reiki treatment to a recipient yesterday, during the class, I noticed that I was able to see the condition of the chakras and associated issues as and when I placed my hands over the chakras on the recipient's body. I was able to describe to the Reiki Master what I saw for each chakra and he sounded pleased.

This indicates that when I will be giving Reiki treatment to a recipient, I will be able to visualize the chakra blockages, emotional issues and physical ailments through my third eye.

Yes, clairvoyance and healing is a deadly combination!

Seeing Auras on Television

This happened a couple days ago. I was at home, surfing through T.V. channels at the speed of light. I don't seem to stick to one channel for more than a minute. It was evening time, there was bright light in the room and I happened to switch to a spiritual channel where an American Yogi (I don't remember the name now) was teaching people the value of spiritualism.

He was a very old man with a decided calm on his face and a whole lot of wrinkles and a deep blue aura around his head. This aura spread around his head and covered some part of the front of his face including the forehead. This deep blue aura seemed to circle his head up to a radius of 1/2 a foot. Deep blue colour of aura indicates clairvoyance, highly spiritual nature, generosity, being on the right path.

At first, I could not believe my eyes since I had never noticed anybody's aura on T.V. Even when I might have, I would have shrugged it off, not realizing this could be a person's aura. But only a day before this incident I had read about people being able to see auras on T.V. and that's how it struck me I could be seeing an aura!

I believe in healthy skepticism, so to make sure, I switched channels and tried to see if the blue colour went away with the Yogi gentleman. It did. Besides, on the same channel, there was another man playing a guitar in the background. When he came into focus, the blue colour went away; when the Yogi came into focus, the blue colour came back to surround his head...

I have a reason to believe I saw the Yogi's aura. Though, you didn't have to see his aura to see how calm, collected and peaceful he looked...

My Psychic Alphabet

One of the greatest difficulties in psychic readings is the ability to decipher the symbolism that I see in my mind's eye. Over a period of time I have noticed that if I develop a standard set of symbols that both my conscious and my subconscious minds agree upon, interpreting my visions will become much easier. Last evening I worked on symbolism related to common emotions. Here it is so far:

1. Good vibes, happiness, love : sunflowers

2. Bad vibes, harmful : a set of dummies jumping off a cliff!

3. Jealousy, envy : a Chinese temple with its roof curling into itself :(

4. Don't care, not worth attention : a huge crowd with no one standing out

5. Respectful, full of regard, reputable : a musician playing a violin / guitar

6. Quality of something: a hut with its sturdiness proportional to the quality of the thing you are wondering about

7. Unreachable, unachievable, incomparable : a lean tower increasing in height like anything!

The aim is to quickly see a picture out of this set as soon as I want to know about someone's intentions, quality of a product or my own feelings for someone.

Example 1: How does person XYZ feel about me?
Image seen : a person with a violin, followed by a Chinese temple curling into itself this person has regard for you, but it is mixed with feelings of envy and jealousy.

Example 2: How does person XYZ feel about me?
Image seen : a crowd with no one standing out. Yeah, this person does not think much of me!

Example 3: What is the quality of food I cook?
Image seen : dummies jumping down a cliff and a person playing violin. Hmm.. it means that sometimes my cooking sucks and at other times, it is great!

I have decided to make use of this alphabet in my daily life for quick retrieval of information from my subconscious and better interpretation of psychic symbolism.

But it is not as easy as ABC..

Back after a hiatus!

After a lull, I am back blogging away my psychic experiences. Many things have collected over the last couple weeks. I met my new Spirit Guide Elina, enrolled for a Reiki Level I class, found a curious similarity between conscious mind / subconscious mind and software frontend / backend (more on this soon..) and got my own aura read by another psychic.
